Memorial Day 2009

We enjoyed a semi-warm day at a lake in North Bend with food and drink and friends. The kids enjoyed the "boat" even though there was a hole and the bottom portion wouldn't inflate so rowing was impossible. Ryan wasn't too sad about that though. What a beautiful place we live in!

Rattlesnake Lake (minus the rattlesnakes)

Not sure where the name comes from actually, I'll have to find out. North Bend, WA. I think this pic of Paige looks so professional, good job Ryan. And Makenna is going to be mad at us someday for the shot of her stuffing her face with cool ranch doritos! Ha ha, to be a little girl again!

Paige and Hadley

Paige came to play last week and we had a blast in the yard and even the sprinklers it has been so nice. Hadley and Mel visited too after their appt. and Madeline loved holding her and she was even awake for some of it. She kissed her head and thinks that she will be getting a baby sister Hadley too. Oh boy!

Owen 8 months and counting

The little guy is getting close to being mobile and we are SCARED! He puts everything in his mouth and fast, he loves to touh and reach for things. He is so happy all the time, it's amazing!

My helpers!

Madeline had her first real haircut, 3 " about taken off and she also did well at the dentist that week too. Her hair is still LONG but it looks good and might be a little less tangly. Also we went to visit Nani and Fader (Ryan's grandparents) at the cemetary and were not sure how to explain it to Madeline but she didn't ask much and just loved running around the "park" and one stone had a pony so she thought that was neat. We miss them...

May 2009

Madeline took some pics a

school with her teacher Ms. Henriette and hanging her coat up. She also enjoyed some crab from Alaska. Owen went for a hearing test appt. at Childrens, his good ear is good, we won't know more about the other one for years until surgery can be done. But he is doing great so far and progressing just fine!

What could be better?

What could be better than sitting in the green grass on a blanket in the yard . Uncle Bob came to visit yesterday too.
