Dog Days of Summer

It doesn't feel like the dog days yet, it has been HOT in Seattle and we are enjoying it as best we can (and with the AC thank goodness for that!). A few fun shots taken with the camera. Grandma and Madeline are sitting in front of the fan getting Madeline's toes dry from being painted.

Ryan's 33rd Bday

We celebrated Ryan's bday with golf and BBQ. Then Ryan and I actually went out to happy hour and the Dark Knight movie on his bday. That might be our 6th anniversary celebration too!? Isabel and Madeline rode along for the easy 9 holes, they did great and even got their clubs out to join in the fun. And the matching shirts were not planned, just coincidence! My golf game was just as bad being pregnant, but it was fun (and a good excuse to ride the cart with the girls!). We made the famous buttermilk chocolate cake and continue to eat ice cream and sundaes leftover from the shower. But I am LOOSING weight or staying the same towards the end of my pregnancy, and Owen has already dropped down so labor could be quick, but hopefully not too quick that I can't get my pain meds going, ha ha. My dad's 60th bday was today and my brother, his kids and mom are up in Alaska at the cabin. Wish we could be there, next year I guess. Happy Bday Dad!

Seafair 2008

We braved the crowds and Metro bus and headed down to Seafair. It was a scene but with the free tickets worth doing. The view from the I-90 bridge is probably still the best, it is always fun to see the Blue Angels and it was a beautiful day.
